Shopaholik ships First Class via USPS. Packages are shipped without insurance. Customers must email Shopaholik in advance to request insured packages. Additional fees will apply. We also offer International shipping to various countries. International shipping may take up to 30 days depending on customs processing. Customs Fees may apply for International Shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide Shopaholik valid shipping information. A customer has 24 hours to contact Shopaholik via email to update/correct invalid information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
If a package is returned to us undeliverable, due to an incorrect/insufficient address, no forwarding address, etc. the customer will be responsible for shipping fees for Shopaholik to repackage and resend the package to the customer.
If the customer does not respond to Shopaholik within 2 calendar days after an email notification is sent to them concerning their returned package, Shopaholik will issue a refund for the purchase minus the shipping fee and 30% restock fee.
We are not responsible for replacing products or issuing refunds for packages that are lost or misdelivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or International shippers. U.S. customer(s) should contact the USPS, and International customers should contact customs and/or their local couriers for all delivery matters.
In the event there is inclement weather, processing time and shipping may be delayed.
Pre-Order Sales Cancellation:
To cancel your Pre-order purchase, and to receive a full refund, a customer has 24 hours after placing a pre- order to contact Shopaholik via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the 24 hours have expired, NO REFUNDS will be issued, No Exceptions, for our Pre-order sales are custom items, made to order.
